Excellent customer service from Jess O. I had a mix up with an order resulting in two orders being place. Jess dealt with this promptly, arranging a return and the collection at a date which suited me as the order was already in the warehouse, along with organising the refund and keeping me up to date with progress. First, I wish to say that I really love Elemis skin care products! However, in August, I had a problem with the delivery of my last order. It was not delivered in a timely manner and the box had been tampered with. I reached out to Elemis, and Mollie from customer service responded promptly. She quickly launched an investigation with the delivery provider on my behalf, generously sent replacements for missing items, and a refund for a missing item for which I paid. Her concern for my difficulties and professionalism is an example of truly excellent customer service! Because of her actions, I am not going to let a less than acceptable experience with a delivery provider prevent me from ordering from Elemis in the future. Thanks Mollie!

I have bought Elemis products for many years but since the pandemic I have bought on line.
I must say the service has been impeccable and Janette who has dealt with my one and only complaint recently has been exceptional and would like to thank her.

We’ve used Elemis for over ten years, and love both skin and hair products. Recently an order I had placed in August 2022 had not been delivered and contacted Elemis customer service.
The representative Molly M was superb in following up on the order and taking care of getting the products I ordered to me.

Very helpful and professional . Understood my complaint and rectified immediately . Always had excellent service.

I had a missing item in my parcel, Elemis were very quick to sort this and within 3 days I received the item plus extra samples. Excellent service and great products

Experienced order delays, but Chelsea from the orders team was extremely helpful in processing our order and pushing through as quickly as possible. In addition, she added some samples for us. Really pleased with her helpfulness and resolution.

I have shopped with Elemis.com for the longest time. Firstly the quality of Elemis products is beautiful. Every single product they stock, including new releases are always so wonderful and deliver results.
Elemis.com is a truly amazing, customer driven site to use. Recently there have been two examples of outstanding customer service from them which is so rare in this day and age. I would highly recommend this site to any of my friends and family. I spend so much with them and it is worth every penny!
